24.01.2022 The cost of kids sport can add up quickly for families, with equipment, uniforms and memberships. We know many families across Victoria are struggling right now..., so we're helping cover those costs. The kids most in need will get $200 vouchers to make sure they can continue playing the game they love. Vouchers will be launched early next year we'll announce more information about the application process shortly. After the year we've had, this is one less thing for the hardest hit families to worry about.

16.01.2022 RUOK DAY 2020 Tomorrow is the official RUOK Day, its the day that reminds us to reach out and check in on our people . Today is a great day to ask our families what they will be doing to reach out tomorrow . Pick up the phone call a friend , check in on a teacher, send a card to a grandparent , go for a walk say hi to some neighbours (whilst socially distancing ). Most importantly check in on yourselves . See how youre travelling out of 10 and if its a 5 or below reach o...ut and let someone know . Remember RUOK day is a 365 day a year program - tomorrow is simply the reminder . Be kind to each other and kind to yourselves See more

02.01.2022 As people may be aware a live suicide feed was posted on TikTok in the last 24 hrs by someone in the US.. Whilst the platform works to remove the feed we need to be mindful that it will be embedded in other places and spaces on social media . In an ideal world we would do what we could to keep our children off social media platforms whilst regulators work to have links pulled down . Plan B is keep our kids close, bring school work out of rooms and maybe tonight is a great t...ime to check in with a family movie and ice cream , avoiding devices behind closed door . A reminder to ensure your family have the important numbers in their phones and that you give them permission to seek help and support and most importantly nothing is so bad we cannot talk about it . As Families are role is not to know all the answers but to ensure our kids know we are prepared to go on the journey with them .
