17.01.2022 So only about a week ago I started to eat better and cut sugar where I could but not monitor it like a crazy lady and much to my surprise I'm 2 kilos lighter. Mind blown! I don't normally weigh myself as the scales aren't the most accurate thing and my scale weight fluctuates. I only jumped on the scales because as I was getting dressed this morning hubby said "your waist & hips are smaller". I've cut proper bread and changed to tiptop bread thins & when the family are hav...ing rice or pasta (most nights) I have a whole grated zucchini and or carrot. I'm still having normal peanut butter because it's my love and I'm eating more eggs as a source of protein. It's all a balance. I've been able to thrown in some YouTube workouts and the odd walk here and there but if I really pushed myself I know I'd tap out too soon and give up. For me, my willpower is my strongest trait, but only when I see a change. That 2 kilos this morning has given me a whole new challenge to do more! I also just bought size 13 jeans As I mentioned in my original post, this is my accountability and if I can do it you can too!
