24.01.2022 Salad days are here. Im a massive fan of salad season Our salad bar means you can choose the salads of your choice in a mixed bowl, either small or large. Then add your extras. Today I’ve gone with a mix of quinoa tabbouleh vegan walnut slaw pumpkin rocket and tamari roasted sunflower seeds and ive added avocado and marinated feta best of all its organic with dressings made from premium quality olive and hemp oils. All salads are vegan gluten free and we also have a vegan cheese options.

Shea and I both studied toaism and ancestral acknowledgment and continued connection was a very necessary part of our training. These kinds of offerings can be extremely powerful. I think this is a wonderful idea.

22.01.2022 In the fridge! Along with this weeks @shiraleeorganicmeats order came this #certifiedorganic amazingness from @easyorganicmeals Each packet is a prepared meal for 4. Cook and serve over rice or pasta. I don’t know about you but after a long day working there are many nights I just want an easy quick healthy home cooked meal that has no requirement for my mental faculties to be engaged. We have so many quick easy organic vege and vegan options but until now no organic meat options. These are ready in 15 minutes and will be my savior on those evenings of complete overwhelm when my family still needs nourishment. We’re having the Ragu over @ceresorganicsau gluten free penne tonight. If you want them to serve more than 4 just add more veggies.

02.01.2022 We are forever on the search for herbal teas. Our range grows weekly. Much of our training has been in herbal medicine and dispensing herbal teas is one of my favourite modalities. These blends from @yourtea use traditional Chinese medicine principles and are designed as a 1 week program. The trick with herbals is knowing how to blend and how to ensure heating and cooling properties are balanced. In a retail environment it’s not possible to have a full consultation so herbal blends need to be not too extreme in their heating and cooling properties to ensure a safe balance for anyone. I am impressed with these blends. They treat a whole body system, and while the names are a clue to what they help with, they help much more than the name suggests. I also love the Chinese proverbs on each box.
