FlowBiz was founded in 2000 and provides enterprises with user-friendly solutions to simplify business processes and has an excellent track record of success across a diverse range of industries. Retiring Managing Director, Terry Sinkinson, is delighted with the outcome of the sale and looks forward to spending more time aboard his yac...ht. Werkflo is a software provider with global reach in the digitization, automation and asset processing to the financial services sector. ESM is a privately owned Qld business specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of wastewater equipment. The business was formed in 1996 and has grown both within Qld and interstate. Melbourne based VGP is a private investment firm that acquires businesses with consistent profitabi...lity, stable cash flows and scalable business models. The vendor will remain with the business throughout a transition period. He is delighted with the outcome of the sale and looks forward to retiring and spending more time exploring Australia. Baton Advisory led a comprehensive approach to selling ESM that resulted in several offers from strategic players and financial investors. Completing the sale during COVID-19 posed unique challenges and we are proud to have reached an outcome that is beneficial to both parties.
