16.01.2022 BayGlass is closing our Showroom and Workshop to the public. We feel by taking this step we are contributing to the precautionary measures to ensure the health and well being of all including our team, their families and our customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO OUR CUSTOMERS - We are still working via phone or online, I will still maintain communication with our current customers during this time but from home. ... Our suppliers and freight companies are still working, so currently we are still being provided with materials. Our team are still manufacturing but behind closed doors so we can still stay on track with your orders. New Jobs and Quoting have been put on hold at this stage unless urgent ie, broken windows. I will place details on a list and as soon as we can attend I will arrange booking times. We will endeavour to communicate with our customers where we can and making sure they are still comfortable with our staff attending appointments or installations. We completely understand should you wish to wait and put off installation for later date. Please know our staff currently are abiding with safe handling of all glass and aluminium materials and will maintain a safe distance when attending jobs, we would appreciate if you could also provide us with the same commitment, if you feel unwell please call to cancel beforehand which helps us stay protected. Bay Glass thanks our community for their understanding and ongoing support of our business at this time, we will endeavour as much as we can to run our business with as little upset as possible. Regards - All the staff at Bay Glass Phone: Penny 5523 4444 Email: [email protected]

13.01.2022 All moved in after a very long weekend. Love being able to walk out my door and see the Ocean. I'm sure we will be very happy in our new home. Thank you so much to Andrew & Gene from Portland Signworks, they did a fantastic job on our shop signs, as always. Remember you can still go see the boys in the shed for all your glass and Aluminium orders or order through me at the Showroom. P.S thank you for my lovely flowers & chocolates. Unfortunately due to logistics I wont be able to share them with the boys

11.01.2022 Observer advert error in Tuesday’s paper ~ Just to confirm we are no longer at Kennedy St, this advert is an extra we get when we advertised in 2019 Trade book at start of year and we don’t get informed about when it’s going in so unfortunately it’s slipped through without being amended, sorry if it’s caused any confusion. So if you’re looking for us you’ll find us at 52 Julia st or 3 Kunara Cres

09.01.2022 Please be aware that travelling Roller Shutter salesman are out & about door knocking in your area. Please note that any Contract you sign has a 10 day cooling-off period under the Australian Consumer Law, despite what they may tell you, so please do not feel like you are locked into a sale that can sometimes come from hard line sales tactics not to mention overpriced. Our advice - shop around and make sure you are getting the best price and where possible look out for that... neighbor that might not be aware that these sales people often use pressure to sign you up and offer little to none aftercare for our area. For further information please see the below website: https://www.accc.gov.au///telemarketing-door-to-door-sales
