"A household who wants to put up a shed or a patio or some shade sails, to have to get planning approval from the local council is expensive and unnecessary," Premier Mark McGowan said. The Premier said the Government had brought forward its planning reform package in a bid to stimulate the economy and create jobs amid the coronavirus pandemic. They will also include measures to cut red tape for small businesses wanting to start up or adapt and will introduce a new development application process for "significant" projects for the next 18 months to provide immediate support for the states economic recovery. These reforms allow us to clear that red tape away and ensure that we get major developers and minor developers and householders and small businesses the opportunity to get their projects underway far more quickly, Mr McGowan said.

12.01.2022 XFLAM PROJECT UNDERWAY, GREAT TO BE A PART OF THIS PROJECT XFLAM is based on syntactic technology, using specific Phenolic resins with various filling materials to provide the necessary properties of the composite blend. Various filling materials are used in XFLAM insulation products, including EPS bead and other specialist polymeric substances. The breakthrough in the development of XFLAM has been the ability to produce acid free syntactic phenolic foams with enhanced fire resistance, excellent mechanical properties and sound environmental performance.

I sell these now I'm installing them on a Sunday. All jokes aside a great day was had by all and the job got done. Mates helping mates.

02.01.2022 Bayside Coolrooms On Site Inspection On occassion Bayside can be called upon to inspect issues a client may be experiencing, in this case the door was sweating/dripping moisture.These were our findings when we attended a job in Brisbane last week. The drain at the front of the room was protruding into the room and cold air from inside the room was escaping blowing cold air onto the face of the door causing condensation.... (Health and Safety Hazzard) The door required adjustment as the gasket was compressed and folded on itself. Light from inside the room shows the room is leaking at 3 points, left and right side of door and through the drain. Pic 1 Drain Outside, Pic 2 Drain Inside,Pic 3 Lights off inside the room - the issues here are hot and cold transfer where warm air can enter the room and cold air escapes the room. (Health and Safety Hazzard) Pic 4 - Shows the temperature variances outside the room, this is because the room isn't sealed properly. (Health and Safety Hazzard) Pic 5 Shows compression on gasket, lying flat. Pic 6 shows the packer/gasket leaving mark on floor due to way to much compression on the gasket. All the issues on this room leave the room running inefficiently and can also create health issues where food temperatures cannot be maintained and vermin can enter the room. Our recommendation to the client was to have the issues rectified ASAP as they are a Health and Safety issue.
