Diwali symbolises the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance". Mascot Child Care Centre celebrated the Diwali festival last Friday, staff and children dressed up in traditional Sari’s and had the opportunity to participate in Diwali traditions. Together the children created a beautiful Rangoli, a... Diwali custom.
