25.01.2022 Bayside Ka Huna Massage and Wellness Day Accomplished I so love the creative process of putting this all together and the beautiful radiant glow on these Love...ly Ladies faces. Although I put this together for others benefit I also have my own healing experiences. People often ask if I get exhausted after back to back Ka Huna massaging but the effect can be quite opposite - Energised yet calm and grounded, some contemplative insights and getting better at managing anxiety around perfectionism!
