There is no better time to be out in the clean, fresh air - we are keeping our sessions capped at 10 and following social distancing guidelines. Here is our timetable - most sessions are held at Catani Gardens but we will run Zoom sessions when the weather is not in our favour.

20.01.2022 Hi Team, here is a sped up flow yoga that I practised today. As mentioned in the past I used to really struggle with this stuff because of a few reasons. One was that I was so bad at it and still am but slowly improving. I was always worried what people would think plus as Sandra always tells me I've got a monkey mind. Very little attention span and very little patience. I am working on all of the above. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and work on your weaknesses. Happy weekend everyone

15.01.2022 As we get older we tend to put limits on ourselves which hold us back. I'm in my late 40's and sometimes these thoughts enter my head. But if you believe you will achieve with hard work and dedication. I had a knee injury a few years ago and it held me back from pushing as hard in my leg workouts. Psychologically I had a fear that it would happen again so I kept holding back. Today in my 4th set I decided to push to a weight that I haven't done in years. I loaded up to 108 kilograms for only a few reps but I got there. Never give up and embrace the grind all of these small victories are so important to feeling alive. You can see my reaction at the end I was ecstatic
