15.01.2022 3 room clinic - practice hours: - Mon to Fri: 9am - 9pm - Sat & Sun: 9am - 6pm We are looking for a full-time Senior DA to take us to the next level.... Permanent shifts are suitable but flexible availability is required as practice is open evenings & weekends. Applicants should be used to building a strong nursing team and competent across all DA functions. Duties include (but are not limited too): Clinical - Assist chair side - oral surgeon (fortnightly) & other specialist dentist (weekly) to an optimal standard Assist and support dentists and nursing team at all times. Ensure all surgeries are adequately stocked and supplied to run functionally each day Ensure all surgeries chairs and equipment are functioning. Update and address systems/ protocols as required with dentists/ nurses. Train/ supervise junior trainees and new dental assistants Myobrace/ Ortho - Photo recording Complete clinical notes for activity appointments Create Ortho photo sheet and place in Presentation folder for Treatment plan to be added to for Issue appointments. Ordering - Carry out ordering checklist weekly of supplies/ equipment/ materials Source specials/ deals and find savings where possible Place orders Communicate with reps when required Other key practice functions include - Lab work Practice/Facility maintenance Finance Governance Marketing & Advertising
