25.01.2022 This ones been requested by a few so thought I’d put it up for everyone, the plank is 60 seconds everything else is reps and don’t forget the 1 minute cardio of choice in between each exercise. Nice little ab set at the end pretty sure we did reps of 20

20.01.2022 Tuesday workout with the barbell 12 reps x 4 rounds. We adjusted weights for different lifts so bit heavier for squats and deadlift and a bit lighter for shoulder press. You can always adjust weights after your first round, give it a go!!

15.01.2022 So your all going to be set to get into it Monday morning, weight session HIRT remember tempo 2-3 seconds. The pushups can be done on an incline, choose a height that challenges you. 08.01.2022 Get out the weights time to smash the chest, back, triceps and biceps. Make sure you repeat 3 times for 12 reps before moving onto the next exercise!

There’s a EMOM to for 10 minutes I’ll put up in the comments. You’ll be seeing a few familiar faces demonstrating the workouts over the next few weeks so we can all stay connected.
