23.01.2022 Here at the BBLLLEN we are continually thinking about ways we can support young people into and along their career journey. At the beginning of 2019 we recruited a Business Admin Trainee. Kirby completed her secondary schooling at Warragul Regional College in 2017. Not wanting to head to University and unsure what future career direction she wanted to take she was working locally in a full-time retail role. Knowing Kirby was looking for some options, her careers teacher saw... our Traineeship position advertised and it all started from there. Kirby has spent the past 12 months studying a Certificate III in Business Administration through our local partner Community College Gippsland. During the traineeship Kirby has worked alongside team members to coordinate events, manage our social media & website, learn the finance side of things and generally become a valuable member of the LLEN team. She has also brought a great insight from a younger persons perspective to our work. A huge CONGRATULATIONS Kirby. We are all so proud of your achievements and look forward to welcoming you into an ongoing role at the BBLLLEN...also looking forward to being back in the office to see your smiling face non-virtually.
