23.01.2022 Love isn’t something you find, it’s something you are ... When my Master said these words during Satang it was like I had been standing in a dark room and in that moment some had flicked on the light switch. A monumental shift the realization that we are love, and when we feel and know this intimately within ourselves it raises our state of being. We start to vibrate at a higher frequency and we move away from fear and from feelings of lack. We stop searching for somethi...ng externally we start to experience abundance and bliss within. 03.01.2022 Hari Om Tat Sat How is everyone going in self isolation? If you can go out for exercise what are you doing? I’m homeschooling my kids, working and having one of those hmmm...days. Actually, I don’t even know what day it is March 97th apparently?! My daily practice has definitely been keeping me grounded. I meditate every morning with my dog snuggled up next to me. It’s the best. If you’re having one of those days, remember it’s ok, they are going to come, just let wha...tever you’re feeling flow. Do a meditation or just simply take three deep breaths and keep showing up. We are all in this together xx #yoga #mantra #selfcare #meditate
