Our Staff's Hygiene - All staff facing guest to wear masks at all times, including chefs working in an the kitchen - Food & Beverage menus: single use QR Codes to use on personal phones - All staff to avoid skin-to-skin contact when serving guest, plates, cutlery and foods from the food bar. - All staff to undergo a temperature check upon arrival. 19.01.2022 Thank you to the team at BAMS Hygiene Management who conducted a professional decontamination deep clean within hours of NSW Health notifying us of a Covid19 casual contact incident. All surfaces and items have been disinfected and the entire restaurant has been chemically fogged. We’d also like to share that all staff members have undergone Covid19 testing and our results have all come back NEGATIVE. The team at BBQ City would like to thank everyone for their supportive messages and eagerness to have us re-open again. 02.01.2022 BBQ City has been advised by Liverpool Public Health that a patron who dined here on Saturday 1 August between 7pm and 8:30pm has since tested positive to Covid19. If you were at our restaurant dining during this time, NSW Health encourages you to monitor for symptoms and get tested. As a CovidSafe restaurant, BBQ City has a full record of all patrons who were present at the time and we have passed these details onto NSW Health for contact tracing. Please also note that we ha...ve always been operating the restaurant in a clean and safe manner - buffet self serve style has not been in place for some time; QR sign in, temperature checking, sanitizing of hands and all staff in masks has been adhered to. We take Covid19 seriously so we will be closed temporarily. All our staff are undertaking tests and our restaurant will be thoroughly deep cleaned by a Safework Australia approved company.
