11.01.2022 What a great weekend we had at HAZY DAYS - down a couple of team members, and still excited from our SCA results, we still managed 3 top 10 finishes: Brisket 6th, Pork 9th, Lamb 9th (our first lamb callout!). Couldn't have done it without Heat Beads BBQ Briquettes fuelling our webers for the perfect charcoal flavour, Char Char Char providing us with amazing cuts of meat. Congrats to Bison BBQ on their GC and Butchers Axe BBQ on RGC and Brett Gray for an amazing event.
