18.01.2022 We had the pleasure of meeting Gary the Goat and crazy Jim at the carwash this morning. Both Enjoyed a wash at the dogwash, both smell alot better!

18.01.2022 Carwash Tip: Dont... wait for a layer of crud to accumulate before washing. Dead bugs, bird droppings, and chemicals from the atmosphere all leach acids that can strip away wax and eventually eat into your cars paint. If left too long, they can cause damage that requires sanding and repainting the area to correct. Do... wash off dead bugs, bird droppings, and tree-sap mist as soon as possible. Other than this, a weekly car wash will keep the finish in its best shape. ... Dont... let the car air dry, and dont expect a drive around the block to do an effective job. Either will leave watermarks, which in areas with hard water are the minerals left after evaporation. In addition, dont use an abrasive towel for other material that can leave hairline scratches in the paint. Do... use a chamois (natural or synthetic) or soft terry towels. If you choose towels, you may need several. Its best to blot the water up instead of dragging the towel or chamois over the paint. The drying process can be speeded up by using a soft squeegee to remove most of the water on the body, but be sure the rubber is pliable and that it doesnt pick up bits of dirt that can cause scratches.

16.01.2022 Hot Tip: ALWAYS dry off your vehicle prefferably in the shade after cleaning it . This prevents water marks and also the lovely Broome dust from sticking to your still wet vehicle.

13.01.2022 BAY 1 Manual Bay NOW OPEN, located next to auto wash, not suitable for vehicles with trailers.

13.01.2022 When using the automatic car wash please read the instructions on sign before entering. A simple run down is drive to entrance of auto wash insert $20, press button lit up to start and then the button for receipt or change. When you look in the wash the "drive ahead" sign will be illuminated. ... Drive slowly until the "stop" sign is lit up. It will beep once and the wash starts. If you drive too far the beep will be continuous, this means your tyre has has come off the tread, reverse or drive forward slowly until it lights up "stop".... Then sit back and relax for approx 9 mins, the "drive ahead" sign will light up when finished.

02.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone that came down this morning to support RPS 2014 school camp. We had the kids earning some great tips drying off the cars and selling snags and drinks. Thankyou to my mummy helpers and to those who contributed in any way. A HUGE thankyou to Tenderspot and Brumbys for their generous donations.

01.01.2022 The "No Excessive Mud" sign is there for a reason. Come on, show some respect for other people that would like to use the carwash! This is also for peoples safety as well as your own. You will be asked to leave if we see you leaving a bay in this state!
