12.01.2022 Looking for some food inspiration! Stuffed Mushrooms Cook in a frying pan:... 2 x zucchini 1 x Brown onion Season with parsley and mixed herbs. Add sundrried tomatoes, chopped Kalamata olives and 5 to 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Lastly cook through the spinach! Preparing the mushrooms: *Get the large flat or portobello mushrooms. *Scoop out the inside * Brush some olive oil inside the mushroom. *Cook in oven for approx 10 to 15mins will you fry the inside mixture Put it together: *Place the mixture inside the mushrooms *Apply some goats cheese to the top of each mushroom. *Put in oven for approx 15 to 20mins on roughly 200 to 220 degrees fan forced. Then Enjoy!!!!!
