23.01.2022 Afternoon dear friends/customers. Last post from Bean Beat Scarness. After 11 wonderful years the doors are now shut. Very mixed feelings. Sad, to see and era come to an end but excited to see Bean Beat Seafront reopen next Wednesday (15/7). Sometimes it is difficult to find words strong enough to express your feelings, today is one of those days. So, we just finish by saying Thank you all for having supported us over the years, making all of this happen and giving our family the best possible opportunity to have a good life. Now, next chapter (not the last!); we are excited to see you all next Wednesday, new floors, new wall decorations, all set and ready to go. Looking forward to seeing you then. 21.01.2022 Well it has been a marathon couple of days behind the scene but we are ready to reopen the wetside store tomorrow!! We hope you will like the changes:)) we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all again for the support we have received over the years and we hope to see you all again soon, with trading hours extended to 2pm. Full menu will be available again, with a few new additions!!

21.01.2022 Hey everyone , Bean beat will be closed tomorrow , Tuesday 8th of September, due to maintenance ( branches getting cut down ) to the main deck of wetside . For safety of our customers, we have decided to close the shop for the day . We apologise for any inconvenience and will see you back Wednesday from 6 in the morning .

19.01.2022 Guess what? WE’RE BACK! Dine in’s available from MONDAY! Scarness only! No bookings, available 6am-11.30am. Please be patient with us as we adjust to these changes just as you are doing so too. Maximum 4 people per table (outside only) and we please ask you dine in for a meal and drink as we don’t have the capacity to dine for only drinks. We are still open until 12pm for takeaways! ... We are excited for this next stage and hope to see you soon! Thank you for your continued support through this difficult time.

17.01.2022 To all our customers , It is with a heavy heart that bean beat has decided to close bean beat scarness after 11 wonderful years of trading in this location following Delibay cafe . As of Wednesday the 15th of July , Bean beat will be reopening at the seafront location ( next to wetside , Pialba ) after undergoing some renovations during the closure of the premisses due to Covid19.... Over the next few years , we will put all our efforts and energy to expend the business in 1 location so , watch this space . We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for the ongoing support over the years , our business and family wouldn’t be where it is without you all. Last trading day at Bean beat scarness will be sunday 12th of July, see you all there before those exciting changes .

14.01.2022 To all our customers, Bean beat will be closed next week from Tuesday 24th to Sunday 29th for maintenance before the summer season . The whole team will be using this precious time to also recharge before the silly season . We will be back on the Monday 30th , fresh and ready to go . Thank you for the ongoing support this year .

07.01.2022 Hey everyone , this is something very close to my heart and hope some of you may be able to help this beautiful family to get through this heartbreaking time for them . Paulie was a friend of mine and its hard to think that the beers we shared a couple of months ago were the last ones . Heart of gold and great model of a husband and father . But his family will need all the support they can get . We all know how times are hard for everyone at the moment but if you can donate even just the smallest amount , it will go a long way .
