11.01.2022 We shared Portugal’s chocolate maker @Feitoria_Do_Cacao with Australia back in May 2018. They’ve now won awards for nearly all their bars! A few of our lucky subscribers tried them this month (but many missed out due to another unlucky stopover - what a year ). We’ll get more in 2021 so everyone can try!

04.01.2022 We delighted to have Northern Ireland’s @NearyNogsChocolate in our Subscription boxes this month! Those into flavours are trying this special Dúlamán bar #Repost One from our Irish collection: D Ú L A M Á N Inspired by local traditions. Old songs & stories of gathering #seaweed have long been told. The Dúlamán ( Irish for 'channel wrack' a type of edible seaweed) paired rightly with the wild, yellow #gorse flowers that overflow our ancient footpaths. The su...btle aroma of #coconut lingers in the air especially on sunny day hikes. A few years ago we heard our sweet friends @naleanai play the Dúlamán folk song after we had watched Song of the Sea with our children and we were so inspired. The original from @clannadmusic was released in 1976 and to this day it's carried in song, through the generations. We think the way of the gentle Dominican #chocolate compliments the flavours, letting this Dúlamán sing it's own song of the sea & land See more
