Hollow hold - important for swimmers as it mimics streamline in the pool a common swimming position Deficit pushup - because of Lucy's stroke in swimming pushups are a important part of her programming, making her push as strong as her pull is also important for resilience from injury. Thruster - Again because of Lucy's stroke these are sometimes included in our sessions but not often. They will help strengthen the muscles important for her stroke and build endurance also.
