25.01.2022 Happy Toothsday! As a rule of thumb, you should bring your child to the dentists as soon as your baby’s tooth becomes visible or when they reach 12 months old. The earlier your child visits the dentist the better as it will help protect your child from tooth decay. Prevention is better than cure. Plus! It doesn’t hurt to start a good habit young. Ask one of our dentists how often your child needs to have a dental check-up!

Once our patient has decided to move forward with treatment, we will then carry out all the required steps in explaining the procedures to our patients. We constantly assure our patients about what we are doing during the treatment to make them feel comfortable. 16.01.2022 Dr Berly’s Dental Tip Thursday While brushing your teeth and flossing take care of bacteria and debris, a large amount remains in your mouth. Throughout the day, food debris and bacteria collect on your tongue, coating it in a mucus-like substance. A tongue scraper cleans your tongue by gently peeling away the thin layer of debris from your tongue, leaving you feeling refreshed and clean. #healthyteeth #dentalcare #dentalhealth #toothdecay #dentalhygiene #prevention #dentaltips #dentistry #dentist #health #teeth #dental #dentalcare #smile #wellness #natural #selfcare #healthylifestyle

15.01.2022 Should you floss after each meal? In the morning or at night? Before bedtime? Do you floss before brushing your teeth or after brushing your teeth? So many questions just for flossing. But the simple answer to it is to floss before brushing your teeth and floss at least once a day. According to a study in the Journal of Periodontology, flossing first and then brushing is more effective at removing plaque between the teeth and at maintaining the concentration of fluoride on the tooth enamel. Bet you didn’t know that Happy Friday! #flossitfriday
