09.01.2022 Why does Bear only support ethically made clothing? We are against the sweatshop model of fast fashion. Also known as the low cost of production which support unethical practices such as child labour, exploitation of women, working long hours for unfair wages, verbal and physical abuse, and unhygienic working conditions. These people do not report incidences because they fear they’ll lose their jobs. Many workers earn so little that an entire month's wages would not buy a ...single item they produce. Needless to say, this denies workers their dignity as human beings and we won’t support it, We will fight for what is right!
