22.01.2022 Just a reminder that entries close in 3 weeks time on Friday 8th February 2019, so please remember to get your entries in :- )

22.01.2022 Beau Cheval Destiny, such a lovely mare! So proud of you Destiny

18.01.2022 Love this post.

16.01.2022 So very true. We've bred a few, but there's 1 that we've bred who stands out from the croud!

16.01.2022 Conditions were very hot and humid for Beau Cheval at the 2018 AWHA National Championships. The temperature was in the mid 30's with humidity quite high, but our horses did us proud. Beau Cheval Serena (2 YO), was awarded a Platinum sash for the 3rd year running and is currently ranked 1st in the AWHA Studbook Led section, and 2nd in the AWHA Open Led section - with only the NSW leg to go. Here's hoping she makes it all the way. Beau Cheval Faith, Beau Cheval Sonnet and Bea...u Cheval Sandrelle all passed their AWHA Mare Classification, and Beau Cheval Crusader did very well in his ridden test in spite of very limited preparation. I would like to thank the Australian Warmblood Horse Association (AWHA) Ltd for such a wonderful opportunity, as well as Joanne Verikios and Jennie Loriston Clarke Catherston Stud for your generosity in sharing your knowledge, and for taking part in such a massive commitment. Thank you also to Barefootbrother - Callum Snell for all the work you have put into training my beloved horses - the results are testament to your compassion, skill and empathy of horses. Thank you also to Belinda for riding my one and only Kristopher. Thank you also to Sam Dawson at Flash Pony for all of the lovely photos.

14.01.2022 Got the bore set up and now have beautiful water for my horses.

13.01.2022 Are you kidding me!!! They are way too young to be backed. "Breaking horses", if that is their objective, then I'm sure they'll achieve this. I feel so sorry for these youngsters.

12.01.2022 You have to live it, in order to ride it.

09.01.2022 Slower always faster.

09.01.2022 A balloon having an "unplanned" landing right next to us on Thursday morning. All horses are OK, they didn't even blink an eye. Must be because we had so many water bombers flying over our place all day in December. Btw - all passengers were ok too.

05.01.2022 The place feels a little bit emptier without these 2 big personalities, but they have been sold to an amazing home in the Mornington Peninsula VIC.

04.01.2022 Excellent article, and the reason we wait to start our horses later.

01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, just wanted to remind you all that the closing date for the our National Championship and Classification Tour is fast approaching. The advantage of... having an AWHA-registered horse is that you can enter the AWHA as well as the Open classes if you want!!!! But all Warmbloods registered with other recognised Warmblood Breed Associations are eligible to enter the Open classes! We want to see your beautiful horses and there are fabulous sashes and cash prizes to be won! In excess of $7000! Even if you don't want to enter the tour it is an excellent opportunity to have your mares classified. The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can plot our way around the country. Also, it will help avoid our tour secretary having a nervous breakdown! Looking forward to seeing you, Mary McBurnie AWHA Vic Secretary
