17.01.2022 A great year of being part of BDK. We may be a small group but we are very dynamic. Everyone involved have been able to take away new skills and also contribute their own knowledge and fun ideas into classes. This class is for anyone who wants to exercise. We all have differing degrees of abilities and disabilities and the classes are designed to be able to accommodate all. Those who can, go all out, and others do modified versions to fit their ability and fitness levels. As... a trainer I have had a great time with the class, thinking up new and devious ideas. I am not looking forward to ‘train the trainer’ night. On the odd occasion I have been away the students have stepped up and made up their own class routine, with varying results and a lot of fun, or the wonderful Kara has stepped up for me. Our class also extends socially for side trips for birthdays after class. Sometimes it doesn’t even have to be anyone’s birthday in the class, a close relative will do. Come and join us in 2017.
