23.01.2022 Have you been down to the Beaudesert sales? Held at the yards in Helen street Beaudesert every second Monday from 11am. Next advertised sale dates 23/11/2020 and 06/12/2020. Further details can be found on the Hayes & Co website. This maybe worth a look if your after new fowl or wanting to sell fowl. The yards also offer a range if livestock, cages and other items, fresh produce etc. Our club receives a lot of messages regarding contacts for poultry. Due to privacy we are unable to foward members or exhibitors details without their prior consent. If it's something particular you are after we encourage you to come along to a meeting or show, mingle with our members over a coffee or bite to eat.

21.01.2022 In line with the governments recommendations on social distancing and cancellation of non essential events, the club will also be postponing club meetings. At this stage the next planned meeting will be in November for the Christmas party. Further information will be provided closer to the date.

14.01.2022 If you have nothing much to do on Saturday 3rd August, and wish to view a diversity of Rare chooks, a trip to the Beaudesert Rare Breeds Show at the Showgrounds could be a good idea. The various Rare Breeds on show include Aracuana, Asil, Australian Game, Barnevelder, Campine (Golden & Silver), Cochin, Crèvecœur, Croad Langshan, Faverolles, Frizzle, Hamburgh, Houdan, Japanese, Malay Game, Marans, Minorca, Polish, Spanish, Sultan, Vorwerk and Welsummer : Plus rare Watervale and Welsh Harlequin Ducks. Also being shown are dozens and dozens of rare coloured fowls whose breed are not Rare but are shown under the umbrella of Rare Variety Colours. About 60 assorted Waterfowl will also be exhibited. Starts 8.30am until about 2.00pm.
