24.01.2022 Oh wow, now I know how some of you felt during the first lock down! Not working is a massive struggle for me. I’ve cleaned out every cupboard,vanity and draw and still have only managed to kill one week Maybe Once I really try to ‘slow down’ the days won’t feel so long. So, I’m taking bookings from when I RE OPEN FROM WEDNESDAY THE 16TH OF SEPTEMBER unless god forbid this lockdown is extended! 21.01.2022 Hello!!!!! Is everyone’s husbands/partners looking like they’re from Castaway?! I really hope you’re all surviving. So, the last announcement was I will be able to re open on the 26th of October. I know, it feels like a life time away. I know numbers are down but I doubt salon opening dates will change #sigh If by a miracle I’m able to open earlier, I’ll be more than happy to move people forward.... 13.01.2022 STAGE 4 LOCKDOWN Unfortunately due to the stage 4 restrictions with Covid 19, it has forced me to close as of midnight this Wednesday the 5th of Aug until Monday the 14th of September. I am happy to make future appointments. I’ve spent the last 4 hours messaging everyone who has an appointment over the next 6 weeks and will get to the rest of you tomorrow #myhandssore As much as this saddens me, I hope this time allows the reduce in numbers and the chance for all of us to sta...rt leading a some what normal life again. 06.01.2022 So, there are a few ppl out there that tried to do a colour themselves at home during ISO. Whether it be a change to income, unemployment, the worry of being around other people or for whatever reason..... I want you to know there is no judgement! You are not the first and you won’t be the last. Today I had another ISO situation. It one sitting I think it’s safe to say her hair looks great! Happy 40th to this gorgeous new client and thanks for trusting me with your hair. I know all too well changing hairdressers can be daunting. Laura x

Here’s to the many more friendships formed over 'just hair' It's just hair - I was a part of your wedding.... It's just hair - I was your child's first haircut. It's just hair - I was there for your first date. It's just hair - I was there for their funeral. It's just hair- I was there for your graduation. It's just hair- I was there when you didn't like the way you looked. It's just hair- when you got offered your dream job and nobody else knew but me and you! It's just hair- when you met the person of your dreams and they told you they loved you for the very first time! It's just hair- when all you wanted in the whole world is a hug from your hair stylist because you knew they'd give it to you with open arms! It's just hair- when you lost your job and didn't know what you were going to do. It's just hair- when you were getting a divorce and just needed to feel better about yourself. It's just hair- when you had a terrible day and looked forward to being able to vent without being judged. It's just hair- when you are about to go on vacation and can't wait to tell me all about it on your next visit. It's just hair - when you were expecting your first child.
