19.01.2022 Calling all Perth Twin Mummas! New Facebook Group Alert Twin Mumma Tribe Perth ... After giving birth to our twins and recovering from a Csection, dealing with sleep deprivation and becoming a Mother for the first time and to twins I ended up spiralling into depression and suffered from anxiety. Thats when I realised that as women we really lack the REAL support that we need during our postpartum period and I knew my calling was to support other women during these times - enter my training as a Doula Being a parent to multiples then also has its great difficulties and again I found the support was almost non-existant I hope by joining this local group I can facilitate a safe space for Mummas with twins of all ages to chat, ask questions and share information Once I have an understanding of the locations of where everyone lives in Perth I would love to arrange park playdates so we can all meet in person and we can build on creating our own little tribe! As with all groups I please request that we are accepting that this is a safe space and we are all mindful of eachothers beliefs and emotions Love, support and good vibes only DM if you have any queries
