25.01.2022 Hello Beautiful Edible followers, Just to update you on what's been keeping me soooo busy. I did a great project with Steve Webb from Edible and sensory kids gardens where we transformed a plain patch of grass with a hills hoist in the middle into a children's wonderland with a mushroom cafe, a bush berry walk and lots of intriguing spots for little ones to explore. 19.01.2022 A day trip out to the Field to Feast Farm, Hapi and Cathy are regularly at Bondi Farmers markets their produce in known for being extra tasty and being a step ahead with new produce such as the Watermelon Radish. I just had to see how they make the magic happen.

The Bondi Beach Eco Garden was completely transformed from a yard dug up by the chickens and left completely barren with the shed in the sunniest spot in the garden to a Beautiful Edible and sensory oasis

15.01.2022 I love the feeling of producing my own food. We have been collecting a bowl of cherry tomatoes every second day. Today our bowl is over flowing and we finally have a sighting of a baby pumpkin I counted 6 little gems so exciting
