16.01.2022 REMINDER proposals for our 2021 Exhibition Program are closing soon! Email [email protected] for more information or to receive an exhibition proposal form. We cannot wait to see what you have been working on :D

16.01.2022 Absolutely these guys!!

14.01.2022 Behind the scenes, as it were, I’ve been working with two fabulous radio producers - based in Perth (WA) - on their contribution to the National Features ...and Documentary Series (NFDS 2020), called Locked Out about Australian visa-holders who found themselves stranded overseas during the COVID19 pandemic, and I’m thrilled to announce that they’ve made it onto the finalists' list, along with: 1. Bernadette Nguyen My Mother’s Tongue (FBi); 2. Max Rowley Homeschooling On The Rise (4ZZZ); 3. Fiona Mayers and Killian Keating Locked Out (Heritage FM); 4. Melanie Bakewell Never gonna let the language go away (8CCC); 5: Megan Williams In Murky Waters (3CR); 6: Dione Green Mother Cluckers (Bay FM); 7: Victor Weetra (Radio Adelaide); & 8: Danni Stewart Forget Them Not (FBi). The winner will be announced on Monday Nov 2, but whomever wins, it’s been such a rewarding experience working with these two legends, it will hardly matter! Congratulations to all the producers and their mentors (aka supervising producers - like me), the CMTO and the CBAA, for engaging in this wonderful radio endeavour each year, and this time, carrying it all out during a global pandemic! Good luck to all the finalists!!! ...but especially, to Fiona & Killian!! #nfds2020 #cbaa #cmto #lockedout #cbaaconference2020 #heritagefm
