25.01.2022 Here is our reader advice question for our decemvwr issue. Brooke writes: I rent and I recently had an inspection. The real estate agent did something that she's never done before. She pulled out her phone and started taking pictures of everything. I wouldn't mind if it was just showing that there was no damage but she went into every single room and made sure she got eveything. I value my privacy and now someone has every item I own on her phone! I have no idea what they do with them or who sees them. I feel totally violated and it's really bothering me but I'm scared that if I complain they'll see me as a troublemaker and won't want me as a tenant anymore. What should I do?
