22.01.2022 Ladies, this is what can happen to your lash extensions when you get too close to heat! This can include direct high heat from a blow dryer, ovens, stoves, grills or anything with an open flame. This can cause your lash extensions to melt or singe, which would not look pretty! Hanging around a bonfire too closely or lightening a cigarette can cause your lashes to singe, or for this clients case, cause the eyelash extensions to straighten or lose their perfect curl! If you ev...er suspect that you’ve been too close to excessive heat which have affected your lash extensions, please let me know!! Even if you’re not sure, as if your lashes have been in close contact, I would most likely need to remove most of your set to replace them. Take a note in the second photo attached, what your lash extensions should look like (bottom right), compared to what they look like after being exposed to a naked flame - you can see how the lashes have straightened, singed, and even bent at the tip of the fan. 11.01.2022 So important to get refills regularly to ensure you have enough lashes left to be considered a refill! Please don’t forget that it isn’t just the lash growth we have to considering during refills. If you come in after a big weekend, no doubt your lashes will have some foundation left over (unless you’re a god at cleansing them) unfortunately these lashes can be stuck together from the dirt, which causes more lashes to be removed during your appointment. To avoid disappointmen...t I recommend booking your refills in regularly, preferably in advance as I do try my best to fit you all in with my busy schedule, but unfortunately sometimes with late notice I am unable to fit you in.
