08.01.2022 Personal Results 28 days ago I set myself a goal, fitness has always been a big part of my life, riding horses competitively from the age of 3 and growing up with extremely fit parents, it has always been an important part of my day, for me the struggle was junk food, although I trained hard every day (which worked when I was younger and pre kids) I was binge eating lollies or chocolate almost daily and struggled with an energy drink addiction through my 20s (Yes I am hu...man too ) After demolishing almost a whole pack of mini mars bars by myself I made the decision ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! So I challenged myself to 28 days of NO junk food (no lollies, chocolate, takeaway, refined sugar) and committed myself to a weight training program with one high intensity "rest" day per week. My goal was to build arm muscle and reduce body fat in my mid section, but most of all to smash the sugar addiction and balance my moods! Waist 7cm Hips 6cm Arm (R) 2cm Arm (l) 2cm Leg (L) same Leg (R) 1cm Weight 3KG I am really happy with my results so far! It has been HARD, I'm not going to lie! Sugar has to be one of the hardest addictions to get over! There is no turning back now, bring on the next 28!
