23.01.2022 Happy Mothers-day beautiful mums May your day be special in ever which way you celebrate today This was Mum & I when I was about 7. Your life with us all was taken from you too young, mum. You were only 59, way too short lived, yet you filled every one of those years with so much vigour, adventure and love. I can still feel your hugs and kisses.. Your essence roars within my heart with such grace & strength. And your relentless determination of making life for us... nothing but amazing is your legacy that will never be forgotten. With life how it is right now with such uncertain times, you always made me feel safe, certain and knew it would always work out for the best. Your trust in the grand plan of the universe was always phenomenal to me, and I have learnt to know it always does, thanks to you mum This is our first Mothers Day globally in our temporary lock down and we have all had to adjust to restrictions, which will feel very different for us all. At least we arent alone, we are all going through some kind of strange adjustments. Today is just another experience of an adjustment. This is a day when you must if you can hug your mum extra tight and share your heart with her, or send her a prey and a blessing...Your mum needs the acknowledgment, appreciation and respect of what an outstanding person & mum she is. 08.01.2022 That expression you dont know whats around the corner Well who would of thought this was coming. So much has radically changed and its only Tuesday. This was our wee yogi group 8am last Friday after yoga at Shuk Elizabeth Bay - when cafes were open and yes we are closer than we were meant to be and now no way can we gather and cuddle like this for now.... Do you see what I see? With the pace we were living? Getting everything and anything we wanted. Always needing to be out, doing, experiencing, perhaps escaping our own reality- we are forced to stop now and just be. Maybe its time ask ourselves some of the bigger questions in this time of lock down, going inwards, self-reflection, what really matters to me, what do I really value, who am I, what do I stand for, what are my priorities, how would I like to be remembered? And more, I cant help but tune into Mother Nature to her calls of this virus, this virus is here to help us - slow us done, be in nature be okay not to have mass crowds, binge drinking, over eating, our plastic pollution issue, our disposable culture, we cant keep on going like this with no effects or consequences. We are forced now to look at our actions and I only hope this pushs us to change and wake up- Mother Nature is calling, screening - look after ME, Mother Nature is here to help us, can we really help her????, our precious planet, the rivers, oceans water ways, the animals, forrest have suffered too long and too much- look at the sky, be in gardens and appreciate the simple things.... maybe some are too anxious to know this could be true.
