21.01.2022 Naww so good to catch up with so many of my clients this morning. They missed my energy.

20.01.2022 Hi everyone, we have made the decision to postpone the annual 50km walk till 2021. Although it is sad that the event won't go ahead this year, the safety and wellbeing of our community is our main priority. Stay safe everyone.

19.01.2022 At every stage of the global coronavirus pandemic, I have been upfront with Queenslanders about the risks we face. We have fought this virus all five million ...of us. Every one of us has contributed something. But we are entering the most dangerous weeks of the battle so far. The enemy is complacency. Protections at Queensland borders remain strong and we are closely monitoring outbreaks in other states. At noon today, the cities of Liverpool and Campbelltown were added to the list of hotspots along with Victoria. People travelling from those areas will be turned away at our border. Those who test our seriousness about our borders will learn a harsh lesson. Nothing is more important to me than protecting the health of Queenslanders. The reward for our hard work is being able to take the steps to get our lives and our economy closer to normal. Its little things like being able to get a beer at a bar and catch up with friends. Its having our children return to school and getting jobs back. Every visitor we welcome represents good news for our tourism and hospitality industries. It is all part of our plan to help the Queensland economy recover. But taking steps back to normal doesnt mean coronavirus is over. We have seen how easily all this can be undone. Our best weapon is social distancing I know Queenslanders wont give up the fight. We have shown it is possible to have fans back at the footy as long as we follow the rules. Nightclubs are not exempt to these rules. Already three venues have been fined $6,675 each and one remains under investigation. But, ultimately, its up to all of us to do the right thing. That includes the people going to nightclubs. A night out is not worth putting everyone else into lockdown. Its up to all of us to keep going.

14.01.2022 Who would have thought this achievable in this uncertain times

12.01.2022 Social distancing. Hand hygiene. Staying home if youre sick. These simple measures arent just helping Queenslanders against COVID, theyre preventing the spre...ad of other diseases as well. This time last year Queensland had already recorded 36,874 flu cases. As of August 10 this year, we've only recorded 5,918 a massive 84% drop! Keep it up, Queensland. #covid19au

11.01.2022 I am feeling very blessed to be a part of this community. Thank you to all who have reached out and helped. Jenny is safely home. Praise God!

05.01.2022 ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ** I have been on a teleconference with the Chief Health Officer regarding the #Covid19 cases announced this morning. The following inf...ormation has been provided: Queensland Health is currently speaking with two young women who returned from Melbourne on 21 July via Sydney and have tested positive for COVID-19. The movements of these two women are urgently being confirmed and contact tracing has begun. QHealth has confirmed that they visited Peak Thai Restaurant at Orion Shopping Centre on Sunday evening. They may have also visited other shops in Springfield Lakes, but this is still being confirmed. A detailed list of all locations visited will be issued later today - as interviews are still taking place with the women. If you are in Greater Springfield and you have Covid19 symptoms, you need to get tested and self-isolate. https://bit.ly/2D039gT West Moreton Health has confirmed they are standing up a Fever Clinic at Orion Shopping Centre from tomorrow morning (30 July 2020). 05.01.2022 Good afternoon, Legacy has reached out to us for help with consideration to manning some of the stalls in the shopping centers or having badges to sell for them... as their Annual Badge Appeal Week is coming up. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, as they have to consider their previous volunteers and their age/health restrictions, which do not allow them to participate in this current activity. Morning Shift will be between 8am-12pm and then the Afternoon Shift will be between 12pm-4pm. Please be aware, Legacy is making sure that our stalls/volunteers/customers will be compliant and adhere to, current Covid-19 regulations and needs. Thank you so much for your consideration in this matter, hope to hear from you.

05.01.2022 The Drive through COVID-19 testing clinic at Orion shopping centre in Springfield has been EXTENDED UNTIL FRIDAY 7 AUGUST 2020. There will be a wait - as West M...oreton Health are seeing record numbers of people but remember, there are MANY OTHER testing options, including calling and making a booking through your local GP, calling 13 HEALTH to discuss your symptoms, or attending another testing clinic in the HHS areas. Here is a list of clinics in West Moreton area: https://www.westmoreton.health.qld.gov.au/coronavirus Here is a list of clinics in Metro South area: https://www.metrosouth.health.qld.gov.au//fever-clinic-loc The advice is people should seek testing if they have symptoms, even if very mild. The symptoms to look out for are: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, fatigue, loss of smell and/or taste. It is also very important that you wash your hands often and remain at least 1.5m from other people when you go out in public. If you are sick, you must not go out at all, except to be tested, and then you must stay at home, away from other people, until your test returns a negative result and you are free of symptoms.
