Asset testing will be reintroduced for JobSeeker Payment, Parenting Payment, ABSTUDY, Austudy and Youth Allowance. You need to update or confirm your asset information before 25 September. In May, I wrote to the Minister for Agriculture regarding the eligibility criteria for stock transport subsidies seeking an expansion of the criteria to cover stock being transported from a sale. As our farmers look to re-stock, the Government needs to be supporting them to getting back to full production.
