25.01.2022 FIORI DI ZUCCA. Roasted zucchini flowers stuffed with truffles ricotta and finished with a little local honey and grated pecorino. Order them by the piece.

24.01.2022 PANCETTA. Tomato, mozzarella, pancetta, artichokes, caciocavallo and basil. Pizza special for the week.
