25.01.2022 I'm really excited to announce that we have a venue for monthly Women's circles beginning 23rd October at Umina Beach Yoga. This beautiful space will hold 12 women plus myself. Social distancing measures in place and CovidSafe. Please Dm or email me for any enquires. Since the beginning of time Women have gathered together in circle to share experiences, stories, thoughts and ideas, honouring many things including the moon cycles, seasonal sabbats and rites of passage.... A co-created Women’s Circle means each woman weaves her magic into the healing space just by showing up and having the intention to support the other women and listen deeply. A Transpersonal approach supports the understanding that we all have an inner healer who we can access through the subconscious, holding information about who we really are and what we really want for ourselves, beyond the limits of personal identity. Using processes such as Art Therapy, meditation, journaling, drumming, sound and movement we will spend the time together exploring what comes up with curiosity and reverence and sharing with each other and listening with the ears of our heart, which means with acceptance and without the need to fix anything just being there and witnessing. Women’s Circles provide a safe, non judgemental space to show up as you are on the night. This circle is for women of all ages and backgrounds. 22.01.2022 I recently attended a day of exploration of the Wheel of Life with wonderful Vicki from Circalore. We arrived and spent time in communication with the beautiful land, sat in circle and shared, journeyed around the wheel and connected with the four directions, elements and animals delving into our subconscious for insights..bringing back what was needed for healing and using art expression to land. We later walked the labyrinth- this was my first time. I found it confronting, ...humbling and deeply beautiful. We then danced the directions before creating a transformational mask to reveal to a partner, bringing the medicine of the mask alive and integrating the message it longed to share. I LOVE this work. It is my anchor and my bliss. It's not always easy, but it's ALWAYS worth it.
