25.01.2022 O N E Y E A R Since @dlcnutrition opened its doors. We have welcomed so many people through our doors, made so many smoothies, made new friends & so many memories. The best part has been watching people fall in love with looking after themselves, making changes in their life that makes them feel great about themselves. Health has been the most important thing for 2020 & I am so grateful to have been apart of improving the health & wellness of our DLC community.... Happy Birthday to the DLC crew



22.01.2022 The next step in achievement of your goals: ACTION. Follow up you list of goal & intentions with some action steps. What will you do daily to love you closer towards achieving what you set out to do for 2021. Looking to get healthy? Great. Now move your body daily, step away from fast food & cook & start to pay attention to how your body feels when you treat it with kindness. You won’t get healthy just thinking about it. ... Want to have a more positive outlook? Sort out what you’re listening to & watching. Does that Netflix binge make you feel inspired? Switch it up for some podcasts or audio books or a real life book. Choose something that resonates with you & inspires you to be better. Take action & you’ll inevitably move closer to your goal. Here to help if you need some motivation to act!

More than ever it is super important to stay healthy & fit. ... The urge can be to get completely distracted with the excitement & next minute, it’s Xmas and you haven’t moved closer to what you set out to achieve for yourself. So instead of distraction, take advantage of PT’s and gyms coming back. Start a new class, book in for your Pilates. Your Summer self will thank you. If you’re lacking motivation, find yourself a workout buddy. That is exactly what I did. Was it hard, yes. Did I nearly throw up. Yes. Was it worth it. Yes. I am thanking myself and that extra motivation & expert support was exactly what I needed.

Worrying about the day? Things to get done? Often we can start the day on the back foot without even conciously realising it.... Let's shift our focus for the rest of the day to what we CAN do in any scenario that may be causing us stress, what we can appreciate & be grateful for, and finally how we hold ourselves as good humans along the way. 05.01.2022 This is your time & your story. Some inspo from the Miracle Morning, an excellent book I have been working my way through. Morning rituals haven’t been the priority over the past few months & I have felt the impact on my day. Things just felt a little chaotic & like I was playing catch up. This makes be a little cray as I love me some structure & routine.... So I’m back to morning exercise, affirmations & i have prioritised some silence, meditation & journaling. I have never committed to the last few things. Cannot wait to watch some things shift. Need to change a few things in 2021? Don’t like what you have going on in your life? Do something about it. Take some action.
