25.01.2022 On our menu today was a delicious pumpkin soup and bread to warm our bellies. But before I began cooking one friend asked to have eggs for lunch, then one wanted cheese and cucumber. By the end of our group conversation and looking in the fridge as a group we changed our lunch to eggs, salad with cheese and crunchy garlic bread. I love being flexible and providing open ended nutrition.

12.01.2022 Loving these ideas Hope my families who are at home and self isolating will enjoy this resource as much as we will. I will be setting up face to face video calls with those families who are interest in the up coming weeks. A fun and great way for your children to stay connected with their educator and the environment so when they do return it will hopefully help with their transition back into the care environment.... I was fortunate to have my first video call with one of my families last week which was absolutely amazing.
