23.01.2022 Some soothing tones from my sound creation Earth gong

21.01.2022 It took me around 15 years to start moving through the Acutonics training system and finally it happened with level 1 and 2 over the last week! Yay! It was the first modality that really called to me as it combined many elements I was interested in....astrology, ancient Chinese medicine, energy healing and sound. When it first called, I just couldn't make it happen. Work wouldn't allow me the time off and my financial resources were very tight. It was too risky especially s...ince I'd only ever read about it and had no way of actually experiencing it before quitting my job and taking out a loan! Plus I was physically very unwell...travel was not a great fit for me. It all seemed impossible so I let it go. Other doors opened up and in the years that followed, I studied the acupuncture system and 5 element philosophy through my light pen training and completed therapeutic sound with BAST including a separate module of tuning fork therapy. I also explored and trained in many methods of energy healing all of which I love and still practice. I found a way to merge all that learning and wisdom together and was feeling really satisfied with what I was doing. Last year though, my calling towards Acutonics came through again. Only this time I could follow through! The time was right, the teacher was right and everything flowed (including the resources) toward this moment so I could attend just weeks out from my 40th birthday.... goosebumps! This is how it was always meant to be. A bigger picture plan was in motion and it feels like a HUGE completion and opening. I can't wait for the next step!

19.01.2022 Some self-care time with Chiron, Venus and Pluto forks to facilitate a deepening into the possibilities of my natal chart <3 After almost 20 years of self-studying astrology, I'm so excited to finally have an outlet to put my learning to good use! As much as I light up with astrology, I never pursued formal astro training as I wasn't pulled in the direction of professional chart reading. With Acutonics though, I can apply what I know in a practical way and bring the planetary archetypes to life within the treatment setting and within the conscious awareness of the receiver. It helps to open one to their inner self and can facilitate a shift in perspective which leads to change in one's outer circumstances. 09.01.2022 Another incredible 3 days of furthering my Acutonics training with Level VII Harmonic Pathology! This module explores the pathology, energetics and treatment of many common and complex health conditions from the perspective of TCM and applied planetary frequencies. I love this work so much Next up is Unwinding Trauma with Fibonacci and the Extraordinary Vessels, then it's on to my thesis!

06.01.2022 Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a most beautiful start to the day <3 After a 2 month absence due to the loss of a loved one, I'm happy to share that I'm back and taking on new clients again! With restrictions lifting, I'll also be able to recommence soundbaths with the first one being on the 21st - yay! If you're keen to join me, send me a message.... Sound therapy, in particular Acutonics has been the most amazing support for me during what's been an incredibly difficult and stressful time in my life. Normally after even just a short period of no sleep and with everything else that's been going on, my adrenals would've crashed, my body would've gone into a state of shut down and the endless cycle of chronic fatigue would've kicked in and taken hold. This time though, I've been able to support my body in a way I've never been able to before! My treatment focus has been on supporting my kidney energy with sonic intervals and planetary frequencies that build and nourish essence with additional attention to where I've felt necessary at the time. It's worked an absolute treat! Physically, I feel great which has freed up my inner resources to focus on my emotional wellbeing and has enabled me to be a support for my family especially with the practical stuff that needs to be tended to. I don't know what I enjoy more about the New Moon and Full Moon forks...the qualities they offer or how much I love how the metal blue and white colours look together In all seriousness though, these forks when combined with the Ohm are so beautiful to receive!
