20.01.2022 Wednesday 7.30pm ‘Zoomilates’. Let’s use what you have at home and add a bath towel as a prop during the class. There will be an inner thigh focus!! See you tonight

16.01.2022 Our Free Live Online Pilates Classes are coming to an end next week. This week let’s have fun with the small Pilates ball. If you don’t have a 20-25cm soft ball then you can use a rolled towel. Props are great for variety and to increase the challenge to some familiar exercises. The final interactive Zoom class will be on Wednesday 17 June at 7.30pm. Following this there will be still be online classes available via subscription. Stay tuned for more details. 13.01.2022 Have a great start to your weekend tomorrow (you can even stay in your PJ’s). Saturday morning online pilates class kicks off at 9am. It’s 45 mins and is free whilst ISO restrictions remain for group pilates classes. Send me a message if you haven’t joined a Saturday class before and I will provide you with the Zoom log in details. See you in the morning with some small hand weights or filled water bottles for some arm resistance

04.01.2022 Introducing the resistance band to this weeks online pilates class on Wednesday at 7.30pm. It will increase the intensity and variety of the class. Zoom details are the same as previous Wednesday 7.30pm classes for those who have joined over the past few weeks. *Resistance band is not essential if you are still wanting to join the class but don’t have a band.
