11.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Over the past year I have learnt a lot about myself, dived down a lot of rabbit holes and uncovered so many new passions and interests! Also fell into some patterns that weren’t me, but I’ve recognised them and I’m on the other side now! I have discovered that there is more to me than hockey and personal training, don’t get me wrong, I love both and they are and will always be a big part of me and what I offer. But, they’re not the only things that I want to fill... my day with! I’m not an expert by any means, I just have a lot of different areas that I’m passionate about. If I don’t know the answers, I will go searching until I do, and that’s the fun part!
