Robs passion for plumbing and the construction industry fuelled his decision to start up his own business with a goal to produce quality plumbing from a small, highly skilled team across Perth and the greater WA. Rob is also a mad footy fan, coaching and playing in the wheatbelt for many years, allowing him to put his coaching skills into practice back in the Routys team

Shes the voice behind the phone and emails, taking care of everything from scheduling, quoting, invoicing and book keeping. Georgia is also a qualified Interior Designer, offering advice and in-house design solutions for our clients. When Georgia isnt juggling the the paperwork, she is renovating and designing homes or enjoying a glass of red with the girls
