24.01.2022 Yesterday, we hosted The Biggest Morning Tea here at @beeactive_pt a fund raiser for @cancercouncil and my heart is so full. I realised what I was feeling was passion Ive been so driven lately so today was not just to support Harrison and this business, not just give you all something fun to do, not just for for my mother - to show my gratitude and support to all those that helped my her survive cancer but to TRUELY make some noise about something that is hard to ta...lk about when deep down people are screaming to be heard and supported at these times!! Facing cancer can be some of the ugliest, most heartbreaking chapters to go through for patients, families and their loved ones. The love, connection and support from events like this can offer some solace, but funding and research gives us something even more special - HOPE. The authenticity behind your intentions determines how the Universe will respond to you. Stay in alignment with your purpose at all times and the life will support you in the most magical ways. 09.01.2022 Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to long term health and fitness The big problem with most extreme measures is theyre in no way sustainable. Sure, they might result in dramatic short-term results, but you will eventually lose enthusiasm, feel overwhelmed, burn out or simply give up as the intensity is impossible for most people to sustain for more than a few weeks at a time.
