12.01.2022 We thought it would be a good idea knock out some homebrew so we could try out the carbonating abilities of the GrowlerWerks 64Oz Stainless Steel uKeg. Our first batch was a Coopers DIY Beer Pale Ale, we let it brew for around 7 days as it was little cooler than recommended, we then filled the uKeg and pressured it up to 15psi using the inbuilt Co2 system. Two days later we've just poured a nicely carbonated brew that sure beats waiting 14 days for bottle conditioning to oc...cur, and the uKeg is way sexier than the horrid PET bottles supplied with the DIY kit! I hope the good guys at Mudgee Brewing Co. can forgive us for filling one of their glasses with something other than the local produce!
