25.01.2022 No one will come and save you! No one will come riding on a white horse and take all your worries away. You have to save yourself, little by little, day by da...y. Build yourself a home. Nurture your body. Find something to work on. Something that makes you excited, something you want to learn. Get yourself some books and learn them by heart. Get to know the author, where he grew up, what books he read himself. Take yourself out for dinner. Dress up for no one but you and simply feel nice. Its a lovely feeling, to feel pretty. You dont need anyone to confirm it. I get so goddamn lonely and sad and filled with regrets some days, but Im learning to breathe deep through it and keep walking. Im learning to make things nice for myself. Slowly building myself a home with things I like. Colours that calm me down, a plan to follow when things turn dark. A few people I try to treat right, even though I dont sometimes, but its my intention to do so. Im learning. Im learning to make things nice for myself. Im learning to save myself. 20.01.2022 Today I want to talk to you about brainwaves That relate to states of BEING. Never has there been a more important time to understand this, and how to THINK i...n order to be able to access power, grace and divinity. In times of stress we go into BETA brainwaves. Obsessive thinking. Trying to predict. Attempting to know and control. Absolutely 100% it is vital to be informed and know what is happening around us yet YET If it is BAD news namely fear and uncertainty that you are accessing and then trying to THINK in ways that can help you feel better about it this is a continual loop of how to lose. The reason is this because when you are in your logical brain thinking about things that are traumatising you, then your thinking will only ever be in the range of those feelings. Your thinking will be fearful, and bring about even more feelings of helplessness and powerlessness. This is the way you are wired the brain FOLLOWS the body. Meaning you can only think within the range of how you feel about something. I know that many of you are suffering from this right now. The uncertainty of our world and what will happen and of course for those of you struggling with narcissistic individuals this is greatly intensified. (Its hard enough right now even for those of us who are surrounded by loving, supportive, like-minded-people!) So, what is the solution? Realising that being in BETA brainwave, trying to get yourself out of fearful feelings is only going to beat you up harder, lower your vibration and sink you further down into fear and powerlessness. Now, more than ever we are being called to become Quantum Divine Beings. What does that mean? It means focusing on changing how you FEEL to then have a range of greater thoughts to match these empowered feelings. This is a mighty change for those of you who seek proof to feel better. It is hard for those of you who maybe have never done the inner work to go within to change how you feel to change your thoughts and ultimately your world. (Boy I relate. It was such a challenge initially for me!) But yet what else is there to DO? Not much when we have decided that we have had enough of the pain and the fear of trying to think our way out of disturbing and uncertain times. I know for me this is a necessary practice right now. This is what I do I turn inwards to pick up and release the fears and uncertainty. I then fill those places with the Divine and the knowing that God and Truth wins. That is how I can have peace and strength, feeling held by the Divine Oneness that we are all a part of. In this place there is a stillness. There is LOVE. There is strength, unity, solidness and peace. This is the slower brainwave of Infinite Intelligence. This is the Divine Knowing you can access when self-partnered through inner healing practices that take you deeply within to the Universal Power of Goodness that you really are. I cant encourage you enough to regularly go to this place within. Your sanity and health may depend on this right now. The people you love who are struggling need you to be there for them during these times. Your communities need you and so does the world and humanity.
