12.01.2022 I haven't spoken too publicly about this but a few years ago I found my health and state of mind really suffering. I was doing everything to be healthy but just going backwards. All the tests showed up fine. But i jusr knew something wasn't right both physically and emotionally. Then I came across some info about mold toxicity and suddenly I had the answer. My home had experienced significant water damage and black toxic mold had been in the ceilings and walls. Now 18... months after leaving that house and detoxing I'm literally a new person. 02.01.2022 Yesterday we called Thats a wrap for the Online part of our Yoga Training (theres still a 5 day face to face immersion to go). Its was a monumental moment. In March our entire business of gathering groups of people together for non-essential activities vanished overnight. There was a momentary red wine haze (VR) then the call to see how it goes online... Well it goes! It went incredibly well with a super steep learning curve for us and we are amazed at how well thes...e crew are teaching already. More than them being incredible teachers we have loved sharing the powerful, life affirming tools of yoga during this turbulent time. Thanks to these beautiful willing souls who said carpe down | seize the day | dont wait. Those whos calendar was suddenly cleared so they could finally do something theyd always wanted to do . Those who are not tech people but said yes anyway. . . And great news is there is another one starting again soon! Choose face to face on the Sunshine Coast or Live Online via Zoom.
