22.01.2022 LUNCH I also took a weeks worth of photos of my lunches! Same with breakfast, it’s just as important to include all macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats). Lunch is the trickiest meal for me personally. I don’t meal prep so if I’m at work I rely on convenient foods like rice cups, tuna and soup packs or leftovers. Then if I’m at home I usually snack instead of having a proper meal. . Lunch though will continue to keep your blood glucose level stable and determine your ...energy levels and appetite into the afternoon/night. So if you’re an afternoon pantry snacker or 2 serve dinner person, think about whether you’re lunch is satisfying you. Are you having carbs, protein and fats at breakfast and lunch? Are you having fruit and veg at lunchtime and not just dinner? Are you not well prepared so spend your money on lunch or not eat at all? I hope this post inspires you to eat good food that makes you happy. Let me know if you struggle or not with lunchtime and I can give you some tips or ideas! See more

07.01.2022 BREAKFAST . Over the past week I took a photo of all the different breakfasts I had. Some at 7am and others at 9am. Some hitting all macronutrients (carbs, protein, fat) and others just 1. You’re not going to get it perfect everyday, but if you do most of the time, your body will still feel the benefits I personally need a main meal to start my day off, otherwise I’ll get very low blood sugar and have no energy! I do recommend eating a nutritious breakfast consisting of ...carbohydrates, proteins and fats with fruit/veg to break your overnight fast, get your blood sugar stable for the day (think energy) and give your body the nutrition it needs with a big glass of water! . What is not pictured here I also have is Weet-Bix, porridge, toast and muesli varieties. What are some of your favourite breakfasts?? Share in the comments so we can spread ideas to one another.
