The greatest challenge was navigating and adjusting to the changing terms and conditions which affected landlords and the circumstances that our tenants found themselves in. 5. What is one of your best moments in Real Estate? In March 2017, I was promoted as the Head of Property Management. Since embracing this role, we have had a very clear focus on servicing both our landlords and tenants needs in a timely and proactive manner. As a result, we have seen consistent and steady growth year in, year out since within our Property Management Department.
