25.01.2022 How was your Melbourne Cup Day?? The Belbridge Hague Law Team celebrated in class. Champagne, fresh seafood, roast chicken and fresh roast veg, greek and potato salad!!! I feel we were all a tad spoilt.

18.01.2022 NSW Revenue have announced that surcharge land tax and stamp duty could be payable by a discretionary trust that owns residential land in NSW, if one or more of its beneficiaries is deemed to be foreign. This can only be avoided by ensuring that your trust deed contains the correct wording. Changes to your trust deed MUST be made PRIOR TO 31 December 2020!
